Ed-Fi Q&A Sessions Join this session to receive the latest Ed-Fi updates and address concerns. This is a dedicated space for Data Managers to ask questions, share feedback, and streamline their data workflows Occurs the 2nd Tuesday of each month, 2:00pm to 3:00pm
End of Year Refresher Prepare for end-of-year data collection with this collaborative session covering SIS tips and School Register reviews. Participants will share best practices and engage in a Q&A with peers and AOE staff to ensure reporting readiness. 03/17/2026, 2:00pm to 3:00pm
SY27 Household Income Form Prepare for the upcoming school year with this Household Income Form overview. Designed for staff managing early Pre-K and Kindergarten registration, this session covers annual form updates, distribution resources, and management best practices, followed by a Q&A. This session is recommended for Data Managers and School Registrars. Business Managers, Superintendents, and other Data Staff are always welcome to attend. 03/24/2026, 2:00pm to 3:00pm
CFP & Title I (homeless) Training and support for CFP and Title I (homeless) data. Data Managers should invite their District Homeless Liaisons or relevant staff to attend. 03/31/2026, 2:00pm to 3:00pm
Educator Staff/Course Review best practices and common errors in managing Educator certification and assignments. This session is recommended for Data Managers and SD/SU staff managing educator data. 04/21/2026, 2:00pm to 3:00pm

Head Start Data Collection Prepare for the SY26 Head Start Data Collection in this technical session. Participants will learn to use the Student Match Form to verify student IDs before generating and submitting DC13 files to DMAT.  This session is recommended for all Head Start Directors and Data Stewards. 05/26/2025, 2:00pm to 3:00pm
Head Start Data Collection Q&A This follow-up session allows Data Stewards to address specific Student Information System (SIS) questions and receive support from other users and from the AOE as they finalize the SY26 DC13 collection.  This session is recommended for all Head Start Directors and Data Stewards. 06/16/2026, 2:00pm to 3:00pm
