State Afterschool Grant Data Collection¶
Baseline Snapshot¶
The baseline snapshot is designed to get basic supplemental information about your program before the funding year kicks in. This information combined with the end of year collection will be part of an annual report to the legislature about the progress of the State Afterschool Grant.
End of Year Collection¶
The end of year data collection is designed to gather information about the program after each funding year comes to a close.
Additional requirements for centers¶
Centers are asked to provide additional data with their year-end collection information about regular attendees (defined by students who attend either 90 hours or 45 days of programming). This data will be used to look at different types of outcomes for students who are utilizing afterschool programs.
