Student Match Upload¶

Below is a form that will allow you to upload a 0_Student_Match file.

You can use this form to get PERMNUMBER and Direct Certification information about your students.

If your file is formated properly and we can parse it, we'll try to do a perfect match to get the PERMNUMBER for each student.

If we are unable to match the entire file, we'll reach out to you via email to determine the next steps.

If every row matches what we have on file for the student, we'll contact you with Direct Certification for Free or Reduced Lunch information for the current year for the student.

We will notify you via email after any successful file upload. If you don't hear back from us within one business day, please reach out to the AOE SLDS Support Group email address.

Your email and contact information must already be on file with us to use this service.
